Store Policy
We welcome anyone of any race, religion, gender, sexuality, etc. Any discriminatory remarks or hate will result in being removed from the store.
We frequently rope off sections of the store so we can restock. If there is a rope up please do not cross, touch, or lean over the rope. Please do not touch the new stock. Look with your eyes, not your hands.
Children must be supervised at all times. We ask they do not crawl, climb, throw, or run in the store. If we cannot find a parent/guardian we do address children directly and if any product is destroyed the adult in charge will be liable.
Adults and children alike need to be wearing shoes at ALL times.
No pushing or shoving is allowed.
Be respectful, we do not tolerate rude treatment of customers OR employees alike. Everyone is to be treated with the upmost respect in this establishment.
Lowballing is highly discouraged. While we do take reasonable offers on items we do ask that they are REASONABLE seeing as we are a business that needs to make money to run.
Employees are not to be impeded from doing their day to day jobs regardless of if the customer thinks they are in the right, please let our employees do their work without being destructive. ie: pulling things out of trash bags, making rude remarks, purposefully shoving or moving in the way. Our employees follow the rules they are given. If you impede on their work this could result in you getting removed from the store.
The front desk is not a place to put your items while you shop. We only have so much desk space and we provide carts and baskets for your items. This impedes store operation.
When visiting our store please note that we do not have public restrooms. The nearest restrooms can be found in the food court upstairs. Please plan accordingly.
Bin Rules
No opening items IN THE BINS. We provide 2 unboxing stations in the store that you may use. We ask that you please re-package the item with the provided tape before placing it back in the bin. This is to prevent damage and product loss that way we can make sure no one goes home with a broken product or something missing pieces. If caught doing so more than twice we do ask you to leave.
Please do not place any glass items into the bins. This could cause breakage of said item as well as open up the possibility for injuries.
Please clean up after yourself, there are trash boxes around the room to throw away any spare bags or boxes that may be empty. (please note that we are not to be throwing away any undamaged product)
